Classified Advertisement Acceptable Use Policy

Our goal is to provide a user friendly marketplace for all goods and services. As such, we require that you adhere to proper internet etiquette, legal activity and the terms of use set out below.

We do not warrant, endorse or guarantee any of the classifieds posted on our web sites. As such, we require that each individual use precaution and care when they transact business through the internet.

1. All persons must be at least 18 years of age or have the expressed consent of their guardians in the conduct of business and internet activity on our web sites.

2. You must abide by all applicable laws and regulations required in the areas in which your classified advertisement will be viewed and possibly result in an exchange or transaction.

3. Spamming, spoofing or other misrepresentation of your goods and services will result in immediate removal of your classified advertisement with no refund of any kind

4. We cannot allow the sales of guns, knives, ammunition or other weapons on our web sites.

5. We cannot allow the sale of drugs whether they are legal, illegal, prescription or non-prescription on our web sites.

6. We cannot allow the sale of items that violate United States trademark or protected intellectual property which might include software, reproductions or unauthorized access to other websites and services.

7. MLM or multilevel marketing advertisements must remain in that category designated for such advertisements.

8. Wanted classifieds are specifically for wanted items and services. All want ads must be posted in the category designated as wanted.

We reserve the right to edit, change, remove or reclassify any advertisement at any time. We may supply information about you and your posting when requested by law enforcement officials. We have the right to change and apply our revised terms of use at any time.
